Skills of the Wise competitions are a continuation of vocational education and supplementary vocational education programmes for citizens of pre-retirement age based on WorldSkills standards
Skills of the Wise is a new and unique line of competitions for professionals over 50 years old based on the WorldSkills methodology, the finals of which follow a series of regional qualifying competitions.
A socially significant purpose of the competition is to demonstrate business and production capabilities, professional longevity and competitiveness, and to identify the scope for training and reskilling specialists over 50 years old.
